As a Native New Yorker, I followed my family down here after a major career change. I know what I wanted to know prior to my move - I also know how hard it was to find someone who actually listened to what my goals were and put those goals before their own. After I had my son, I left the hospitality industry but the skills I learned while spending a decade there will never leave me.
I am proud of that.
My goal is not to sell you a home, actually I will talk you out of every single home we walk into. My goal is to help you find the r i g h t home. If and when there are red flags, I will be the first one to point them out. No home is perfect, BUT knowledge is power. When we buy a home, we buy all the good and all the bad. Let us try to minimize the bad.
